This public website does not provide an account, a live submission form, or analytics. If you choose to use an email link, your message is sent through your email provider rather than submitted through this website.
Who is responsible

What we collect
The website itself does not intentionally collect contact or application data. If you contact DUBSAR by email, we may receive the information you choose to include, such as:
- name;
- email address and contact details;
- company or team name;
- your role;
- the question, project context, or audit need you describe.
Please do not submit sensitive data, credentials, access tokens, source code, confidential documents, or secret-bearing repository links. Sending an email does not authorize access to any client system, start an audit, or create a contract.
Why we collect it, and the legal basis
Purpose: to answer an email you initiate and, where requested, to consider steps before a possible professional relationship. The legal basis is your request for pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in responding to direct enquiries. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
Email and hosting providers
Email messages are handled by the respective email providers of the sender and DUBSAR. The public website does not route those messages through a web-form processor. Hosting providers may process the technical connection and security data described below.
How long we keep it
We keep direct enquiry data for at most 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is required for an agreement or by law.
Analytics and tracking
None. This site runs no analytics, no advertising, no marketing tracking, and no third-party pixels. See the Cookies page.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and where applicable a right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

Hosting logs
The production infrastructure is hosted by Scaleway SAS. The temporary dubsar.pages.dev preview is delivered by Cloudflare Pages. These providers may process standard connection and security data, such as IP address, request URL, time, and device or network information, to deliver and protect the site. Status
The DUBSAR portal is in development and is not publicly available. This policy will be reviewed before any account, portal, or data-collecting website feature becomes available.
